I am a PhD candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Education Policy and Program Evaluation concentration.
My research examines how public policy shapes workforce development for youth and young adults from traditionally underserved communities. Using quasi-experimental and experimental methods, I measure the impact of these policies on social mobility.
I am a Partnering in Education Research (PIER) Fellow at Harvard, which has given me the opportunity to collaborate with state and local education agencies on my research.
Prior to enrolling in my PhD program, I worked as an elementary and middle school teacher, a teacher leadership coach, and a public policy analyst.Â
I expect to graduate with my PhD in May 2026.
